Custom kitchens designed around your lifestyle — precision-built with premium materials and European appliances. Serving villas and apartments across Dubai.
The kitchen is the hardest-working room in any home — and in Dubai's villa and apartment market, it is also one of the most scrutinised. Crownstone's kitchen renovation service starts with design: understanding how you use your kitchen, how many people cook, whether you entertain, and what you want to look at every morning.
From that brief we produce a detailed CAD layout with 3D renders, material boards, and an itemised specification. Once approved, our in-house joinery workshop manufactures your cabinetry to European standards — using premium board materials, concealed soft-close hinges, and full-extension drawer runners throughout.
We handle every element of the kitchen renovation under one contract: MEP works, demolition, tiling, worktop fabrication and installation, appliance fitting, lighting, and snagging. No coordination required on your part.
One contract covering design, cabinetry, worktops, appliances, tiling, plumbing, electrical, and lighting — no coordination on your part.
Custom door profiles, finishes, and layouts designed to fit your space precisely — with soft-close hardware and full-extension drawer systems as standard.
Calacatta marble, Silestone quartz, Dekton sintered stone, and Taj Mahal quartzite — fabricated and templated on-site for a seamless, precise fit.
Supply and installation of Miele, Gaggenau, AEG, Bosch, and SMEG appliances — all tested at handover with full warranty documentation.
Porcelain slabs, natural stone, glass mosaic, and Zellige tile options — installed to a precision-set level with all grout lines razor-sharp.
LED strip lighting with dimmer control, recessed ceiling spotlights, and feature pendant lighting above islands — all wired and finished neatly.
All water supply, waste, and gas connections relocated as required. New circuits, USB outlets, and DEWA-compliant wiring throughout the kitchen zone.
Bespoke island units with waterfall worktops, integrated wine coolers, power outlets, and seating overhangs — custom-designed for your layout.
Full-height pantry larder units, pull-out systems, corner solutions, and utility room fit-outs — maximising every centimetre of your kitchen space.
Every material we specify is selected for its performance in Dubai's climate — not just its appearance. High temperatures, humidity fluctuations, and intense cooking demands mean that kitchen materials must be built to last. We work exclusively with suppliers and manufacturers who meet our quality standards.
Our cabinetry is manufactured from E0-grade moisture-resistant boards with solid wood doors and drawer fronts where specified. Worktops are templated on-site and fabricated off-site before being returned for installation — ensuring a perfect fit with no on-site cutting dust.
Sourced to your chosen model and budget.

Ask on WhatsAppA bespoke kitchen renovation in a Dubai villa or apartment typically ranges from AED 80,000 to AED 350,000, depending on kitchen size, materials, appliance brands, and any structural or MEP works required. We provide a detailed, fixed-price quote after measuring your space and reviewing your material selections.
Most kitchen renovations take 6 to 12 weeks from the start of works. The cabinetry manufacturing lead time is typically 4 to 6 weeks, during which time we carry out MEP preparatory works and tiling. We plan the sequence to minimise the period your kitchen is out of action.
Yes. We supply and install appliances from Miele, Gaggenau, AEG, Bosch, SMEG, and other leading European brands. If you have already purchased appliances, we integrate them into the design. All appliances are fully tested at handover with warranty documentation provided.
Yes. Our in-house MEP team can relocate all water supply, waste drainage, and gas connections to suit a new kitchen layout. All gas works are carried out by DEWA-registered technicians and signed off before the kitchen is commissioned.
For high-use family kitchens we often recommend Dekton sintered stone or Silestone quartz — both are highly heat-resistant, non-porous, and low maintenance. For a more classic look, Calacatta marble is stunning but requires sealing and careful maintenance. We advise on the right choice based on your lifestyle during the design consultation.
