Ensuites, family bathrooms and powder rooms renovated with proper waterproofing, natural stone finishes and designer sanitary ware. From AED 35,000 per bathroom.
A bathroom renovation looks simple from the outside — new tiles, a new vanity, a smarter layout. The part that actually determines whether it lasts is invisible once the tiling goes on: the waterproofing membrane, the tanking at every junction, and the falls to the floor traps. Get that wrong and you are back inside the walls within a year or two.
Crownstone treats every bathroom renovation — whether it is a single powder room or a full set of ensuites across a villa — with the same discipline we apply to full-scale villa renovation projects. Full membrane waterproofing and tanking is standard on every wet area we build, never an optional extra.
Our completed bathroom projects include a full ensuite renovation in The Meadows and the marble spa ensuite featured below from our Palmera 4 Villa renovation in Arabian Ranches — and we design and build to the same standard across every community we serve in Dubai.
One contract covering waterproofing, sanitary ware, stone, tiling, plumbing, electrical and ventilation — no coordination on your part.
Complete removal of old fixtures, tiling and screed, followed by full membrane waterproofing and tanking to every wall and floor before any new finish is applied.
Wall-hung WCs, countertop and undermount basins, freestanding baths and thermostatic shower systems — selected to suit your style, layout and budget.
Book-matched marble, large-format porcelain and natural stone to walls, floors and feature niches — sealed and finished to resist Dubai's humidity.
Frameless glass enclosures, linear drains and level-access wet rooms — engineered with correct floor falls so water always finds its way to the trap.
Electric underfloor heating available on request for a luxury finish touch — not essential in Dubai's climate, but a popular comfort choice for some clients.
Custom-built vanity units, mirrored cabinets and concealed storage designed to maximise every bathroom, however compact the footprint.
Recessed downlights, backlit mirrors, and properly sized, ducted extraction to control humidity and prevent mould behind the new finishes.
Floor traps, waste runs and water supply lines replaced or relocated as needed — tested and pressure-checked before a single tile goes down. Coordinated with our MEP upgrades team where a wider system is involved.
More bathroom failures in Dubai villas come from poor waterproofing than from any other cause. A concrete slab with a compromised membrane will let water travel — into the room below, into a neighbouring wall, into the structure itself — often silently, for months, before a stain or a smell gives it away.
Every wet area we build receives full membrane waterproofing and tanking, taken well up the wall line in shower zones and dressed correctly around every pipe penetration and floor trap. We flood-test each wet room before tiling begins, and again before handover — so there are no surprises once the room is finished and sealed up.

We design each bathroom type differently, based on who uses it and how.
A private bathroom attached directly to a bedroom, typically finished to the highest specification — freestanding baths, walk-in showers, and premium stone as standard.
Serving multiple bedrooms, designed for everyday durability alongside good looks — hard-wearing porcelain, practical storage and robust fittings that handle daily family use.
A small guest WC near the main living areas, usually without a shower or bath. Finished to impress visitors — a statement basin, bold tiling or a feature mirror.
We source and install fittings to match your chosen model and budget.

Ask on WhatsAppA single bathroom renovation typically ranges from AED 35,000 to AED 120,000 or more, depending on the size of the room, the sanitary ware and tile selections, and whether structural or waterproofing works are required. Ensuites and family bathrooms with natural stone finishes sit toward the higher end of this range. We provide a fixed-price quote after seeing the space.
A single bathroom renovation typically takes 3 to 6 weeks from strip-out to final handover, depending on the scope of waterproofing, tiling, and any structural or plumbing relocation required. Renovating multiple bathrooms at once is usually faster per room than renovating them one at a time, since our team can sequence trades efficiently across the whole project.
Dubai's villa slabs and the rooms below or beside a bathroom are extremely vulnerable to water ingress, and a failed membrane can cause hidden damage for months before it is discovered. We apply full membrane waterproofing and tanking to walls and floors, extending well up the wall line in shower areas, and pressure-test every wet area before any tiling begins.
Underfloor heating is entirely optional in Dubai's climate — floors rarely feel cold given the ambient temperature and air conditioning use. Some clients, particularly those from cooler climates, still request it for comfort and as a luxury finish touch. We are happy to include it on request, but it is not something we consider essential here as it might be in a colder market.
